Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu

GER | “The beer with the famous brewing water”. This water comes from its own springs in the nature reserve and is one of the softest and purest waters. The brewery rely on elaborate processes. The abbey beer “Ambrosius” is brewed using the decoction method, exclusively with cone hops. Master brewer Hans-Martin Walz uses the top-fermented Abbey yeast from his own collection.
