Beers

The first issue of the Beer Star News presented all the beers which won a gold, silver or bronze EBS in 2019. This is now the answer to the question: “What do the winning beers taste like?” Birgit Rieber’s tasting notes.

She has been the owner and director of the Institut für Bierkultur since 2019. She has been a member of the European Beer Star expert jury since 2010. She is the editor-in-chief of this magazine, trains beerkeepers in Germany and Austria on numerous occasions every year and is also part of the beer sommelier faculty.
